Maribel Munguia Dugas, LCSW, CIMHP
As a bilingual therapist that grew up in a poor community I have always been passionate about providing high quality services to people from all walks of life. I have had a variety of experiences in my life that inform my clinical approaches. I am a faith driven lover of Jesus, I believe that my spiritual gifts include helping others and providing Trainings to our Clinicians to also help them grow. I attended UCLA for both my undergarduate and Master’s Degrees and I taught Self-Defense and Fitness for many years at Krav Maga National Training Center. I love to help others get healthy and feel better in their mind and their bodies.

Alma Perez
Alma Perez has the will to actively support those in marginalized communities. Her passion lies in reaching individuals who may not be aware of the resources available to them or how to access care.
She currently practices at Zen and Health, a collaborative and inclusive group committed to providing culturally sensitive, compassionate mental health support. Through her work, Alma helps bridge the gap to healing for those who need it most.

Hi! I’m Tilza. I am a first-generation Guatemalan American who grew up in East Hollywood alongside my parents and siblings. I speak Spanish fluently and genuinely care about helping people, especially those from similar backgrounds to mine.
I earned my master’s in social work from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) Those experiences gave me the skills and passion to support people in a way that feels safe and understanding.
Everyone has something special inside them, and I want to help you build on that as you face life’s challenges.
