My approach to therapy is holistic, eclectic, and solution-focused. I utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused approaches. I believe in empowering you through our collaborative work together.
Each client has a different experience and lens that they come with and so through getting to know them, their goals, and their needs we can come up with interventions, strategies and approaches that will help them see the changes that they are looking for.
Part of my approach is educating you about the different facets of our lives that can contribute to our overall sense of wellbeing and fulfillment. This includes looking at mental health, physical health, stress reduction strategies, meditation, effective sleep, nourishment, and exercise.
