Struggling with mental health symptoms can be frustrating and even debilitating. These issues can interfere with our ability to establish and maintain relationships, do our jobs, and take care of our responsibilities.

For that reason, my work with clients focuses on targeting these symptoms through a multi-faceted approach.

We start by doing a thorough assessment of your symptoms, your physical health, risk factors, and past relationships.

From there, based on your goals and the severity of your symptoms, we come up with a treatment plan where we start to look at improving your mental health through different approaches.

Holistic Approaches

These approaches include psychoeducation, exploring your emotional reactions to events, considering healthy lifestyle habits, addressing stress, learning and using coping strategies, exploring social relationships, addressing sleep, prioritizing clean eating and nutrition for improved mood and symptom reduction, supplementation, and mindful movement and exercise.

Additionally, we may utilize classic clinical approaches, which include Trauma-Focused CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, HeartMath (Biofeedback Technique), and others.

Together, we interweave these approaches throughout your treatment systematically while always prioritizing your goals and your emotional needs.

It is recommended that you attend sessions once per week. The length of time you will be in therapy depends on your goals, but usually a minimum of 6 months is needed to see desired outcomes.
